How does the warranty work? (CONVERSION KITS)

Warranty can vary on what part is failing, and what is causing the issue. Lets say for example a hall sensor error code comes up on the display, something that can commonly occur with e-bikes, we at Velocity E-Bikes will supply a new hall sensor, you can either come down to us for replacement in Melbourne, Victoria AUS, or ship the parcel back to the address we provide for review. Shipping costs to the address will be at CUSTOMER COST.

A faulty battery on the other hand, this is something USUALLY non repairable, so this will be shipped back to us in most cases, and a new one sent out once the old one is received.

PLEASE NOTE IF INSTALLATION QUALITY DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, WARRANTY MAY NOT BE CLAIMABLE.

Wear and tear/damages due too customers fault WILL not fall under warranty.

Where are you located?

All of our products are sourced from overseas, but we Velocity E-Bikes are located in Melbourne,Victoria, Australia for any builds, repairs etc please email us at "aussieekitsau@gmail.com"

How long is shipment?

All batteries are shipped via air shipment, which takes anywhere from 10-20 days, all kits are shipped via sea shipment, Which takes anywhere from 30-50 days, this can be swapped to air shipment at checkout which takes anywhere from 15-25 days for a $175 fee. This is standard freight costs used to ship to AUSTRALIA.

Shipment for any other country then Australia is unavailable for the time being.

WARNING: We Velocity E-bikes ARE NOT liable for any injuries caused on these conversion kits. Please also be aware that these products being sold are meant entirely for Private Property use.

Note: We at Velocity E-bikes do not have control over logistics or shipping lead times. Delays may occur due to reasons, also some customs issues, this has nothing to do with us and aren't at fault. We just provide YOU the ETA we are provided to pass this over to you.
